Leadership Series.

The Beyond This Ability™ Leadership Series is here to break the stigmas in all forms of mental disabilities.

The Beyond This Ability™ Leadership Series is here to empower and encourage Self-Advocacy in younger adults. To help provide a supportive environment for the individuals to explore their strengths and needs, to develop effective communication skills, to learn about their rights as individuals with mental health diagnosis.

The Leadership Series is a multi-part series (including graduation) of trauma-informed training created by peers for peers. The Leadership Series provides a supportive environment for younger adults (ages 18-35) who are struggling with behavioral and mental health issues, to explore their strengths and needs, to develop effective communication skills, and to learn about their rights as young individuals. After graduating from the series, participants are encouraged to join the Beyond This Ability family which will provide an opportunity to stay engaged and advocate for self and others.
